GRACE Group – Growing Relationships And Christian Exploration

The goal for this ministry is to build our awareness, gratitude, and ongoing personal growth through the Wesleyan understanding of the grace of God. We seek to deepen our relationships with Christ, others, and ourselves and explore learnings and practices around our Christian values that help us faithfully live according to God’s will.

Our next 6-week series will have the theme One Month to Live based on the book by Kerry & Chris Shook. We will think about our choices of how we live our daily lives as we consider the question “What if I have only one month to live?” How would we prioritize what we do or don’t do, who we engage with, what and how we communicate, and how we prepare for our death if we knew we only had a brief time left to live?

This series will run from Monday, March 16 to April 20 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. It will be a hybrid format – you can join us in person in the Dauley Room at FUMC or online via Zoom. In order to build trusting and meaningful relationships within the group, we ask for a full commitment to the 6 weeks (understanding that sometimes things happen).
